North America is expected to be an energy exporter by 2025, Exxon Mobil Corp. (XOM) reported on Tuesday in its annual long-term energy guidance.

Global energy demand predicted to be 35% superior in 2040 in contrast with 2010 as population and economy enhanced, according to Exxon Mobil (XOM).

Exxon Mobil Corporation (NYSE:XOM) edged up +0.66% to close at $88.99 and its overall volume during last trading session was 12.63 million shares. XOM has earnings per share of $9.47. Its total market capitalization is $405.74 billion.
XOM is ahead of its 52 week low with 16.85% and its last month’s price volatility remained 1.22%. In its share capital XOM has 4.56 billion outstanding shares while 4.55 billion shares have been floated in market.

Murphy Oil Corp. (NYSE:MUR) was amid the top advancers of the day, after the company repored on Monday it has moved in a share-buyback deal with JP Morgan Chase & Co. to repurchase $250 million of the oil-and-gas firm’s common stock.

Murphy Oil Corporation (NYSE:MUR) surged +1.15% and closed at $57.26 with the total traded volume of 2.01 million shares. It has market capitalization of $11.13 billion while its total outstanding shares are 194.34 million and its beta value stands at 1.22 times.

Spectra Energy Corp. (SE) stock plunged after the pipeline operator reported on Tuesday that it decided to purchase the Express-Platte pipeline system, a 1,700-mile pipeline that operates from Canada to Illinois, for $1.25 billion in cash.

Spectra Energy Corp.(NYSE:SE) decreased-0.26% and closed at $27.27 with the total traded volume of 6.29 million shares. RSH has earnings per share of $1.54with the net profit margin of 21.61% and operating margin of 32.14%.

SE has current ratio of 0.40 and its debt-to-equity ratio was 1.41.

Noble Energy, Inc. (NYSE:NBL)

The company’s shares touched a high of $101.35 before closing at $101.08, an increase of $0.68. The trading volume was 811,718shares. Since hitting a 52-week low of $76.83 on Jun 25, 2012, the stock has managed to stay 32.24% higher from that level. The latest gain caused shares to grew their 2012 loss to 8.11%.

Chevron Corporation (NYSE:CVX)

Shares of Chevron Corporation (NYSE:CVX)traded in a range of $107.15 to $108.23, completing the day up $0.78, or 0.73% to $107.74. The total volume of shares exchanged was 5.92 million. The stock was at 4.67% as on Dec11, 2012 for this year as compared to 8.92% in the last 12 months. The company established a 52-week high of $118.53 on Sep 21, 2012 and is now 14.43% down than that level.
