A reserve of gold dust has been vanished from a Pfizer Inc (NYSE:PFE) laboratory in suburban St. Louis, and police stated that they are probing whether it was lost or stolen.

Police in Chesterfield, Missouri stated that they started an inquiry a week ago following a worker of the drugmaker conducted inventory at the laboratory and could not got the valuable metal purchased for $700,000 in 2011. The St. Louis Post-Dispatch initially declared the news on Friday.

Pfizer Inc. (NYSE:PFE) edged down -0.20% to close at $25.56 and its overall volume during last trading session was 30.76 million shares. PFE has earnings per share of $1.25. Its total market capitalization is $188.19 billion.
PFE is ahead of its 52 week low with 32.13% and its last month’s price volatility remained 1.40%. In its share capital PFE has 7.36 billion outstanding shares while 7.36 billion shares have been floated in market.

The Cooper Companies’ (NYSE:COO) reported that fourth-quarter fiscal 2012 (concluded on October 31) revised earnings per share enhanced 0.7% year over year to a record peak of $1.47. Though, it fell short of the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $1.53. Profit surged nearly 27% on a year-over-year basis to $71.9 million ($1.46 per share) in the 4Q.

The Cooper Companies, Inc. (NYSE:COO) surged +0.72% and closed at $94.53 with the total traded volume of 1.11 million shares. It has market capitalization of $4.53 billion while its total outstanding shares are 47.89 million and its beta value stands at 0.89 times.

Boston Scientific Corp. (BSX) has got regulatory acceptance in Europe to sell a spinal-cord stimulator that risks chronic pain.

The implantable device, named Precision Spectra, provides electrical pulses to the spinal cord that “mask” pain signals, Boston Scientific reported in a press statement.

Boston Scientific Corporation (NYSE:BSX) grew +0.18% and closed at $5.60 with the total traded volume of 18.71 million shares. BSX has earnings per share of -$2.84 with the net profit margin of -55.27% and operating margin of -52.41%.

BSX has current ratio of 1.75 and its debt-to-equity ratio was 0.62.

Johnson & Johnson (NYSE:JNJ)

The company’s shares touched a high of $70.52 before closing at $70.45, an increase of +$0.57. The trading volume was 10.02 million shares. Since hitting a 52-week low of $61.71 on Jun 1, 2012. The latest gain caused shares to surge their 2012 loss to 11.40%.

GlaxoSmithKline plc (ADR)(NYSE:GSK)

Shares of GlaxoSmithKline plc (ADR) (NYSE:GSK) traded in a range of $43.09 to $43.37, completing the day down-$0.14, or -0.32% to $43.32. The total volume of shares exchanged was 1.49. The company established a 52-week high of $47.70 on Oct 5, 2012.
