Danaher Corp. (NYSE:DHR) estimated earnings for 2013 which were mostly matching experts targets, while also confirming its 2012 outlook. For the next whole year, the diversified manufacturer estimated earnings of $3.40 to $3.55 per share, in contrast with forecasts of $3.50 from experts surveyed by Thomson Reuters.

Joy Global Inc.’s (NYSE:JOY) reported on Wednesday that its fiscal fourth-quarter earnings jumped up 23% as the heavy-duty mining equipment manufacturer logged robust revenue growth.

For the complete next year, the firm stated that it anticipates per-share earnings around $5.90 and $6.50 on sales of $4.9 billion to $5.2 billion. Experts surveyed by Thomson Reuters lately predicted per-share earnings of $6.73 on sales of $5.21 billion.
