Man from Broxbourne arrested for Facebook Inc. (NASDAQ:FB) comment

A man who posted an inappropriate comment on a Facebook Inc. (NASDAQ:FB) memorial page has been arrested after the road deaths of three teenagers in Hertfordshire. The 37-year-old from Broxbourne was arrested yesterday on doubt of hateful communication. The victims included one died at the age of 19 and two were aged 17. They died after an accident between a car and a lorry on the A10, near Turnford, on 9 November.

He has been bailed until 15 December and has been ordered not to make any direct or indirect contact with the crash victims’ families or members of any online forum connected with their deaths. Those pronounced dead at the scene were Ashley Jones, 19, from Canvey Island, Essex, and 17-year-olds Harry Ferrand and Jack Boyton, both from Enfield, north London.

Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) is trading at a volume of 4.32 million shares which is down than its average volume of 69.11 million shares. The stock after opening at $26.50 touched high price of $26.66 and decreased -0.08% to $26.37.

In the liquidity ratios, the company booked 11.38 as current ratio while its debt to equity ratio was 0.06 and long-term debt to equity ratio remained at 0.04. The Company had overall cash of $10.45 billion at hand and a book value per share as $6.59 in the most recent quarter.

Microsoft Corporation(NASDAQ:MSFT ) competitiveness with another firm across its sector, MSFT stock is lagging behind from its 200 day moving average with -8.60% while the stock is moving down from SMA50 with -5.29% and traded at lowest level during the current trading session of $27.11.

Shares of the company hit the 52 weeks low range with $17.55 per share while its 52 weeks high level was $45.00. Its competitor Groupon Inc (NASDAQ:GRPN) shares are down from 200 day moving average of -55.29% and traded as low as $4.21 per share in the current session and Zynga Inc (NASDAQ:ZNGA) shares are down from 200 day moving average of -59.70% and traded as low as $2.53 per share in the current session.
