Exelon Corp. has decided to pay $400,000 to finish so-calledclaims associated to its $7.9 billion takeover of Constellation Energy Group Inc. in the start this year.

The payment was declared on Thursday by the Justice Department, however a federal judge would have to accept it before its finalized, as per reported by the Associated Press.

 Exelon Corporation (NYSE:EXC) moved down -0.41% with the closing price of $29.25. The overall volume in the last trading session was 10.02 million shares. Its fifty two week range was $29.01-$44.45. The total market capitalization remained $24.97 billion.
