Wells Fargo & Company(NYSE:WFC) declared  Anne Doss as head of its personal and small- business insurance division. Anne Doss is set take new position in the first month of the next year as the largest U.S. home lender builds its unit that helps client to mitigate the risk and buy policies.

As per statement, Doss replaces 55 year old Neal Aton. Neal Aton will continue to serve at the bank’s insurance branch to lead important initiatives.

The giant bank intends to enlarge its insurance brokerage business with the help of relationship it has made with the retail and business customers in banking. The personal and small-business group facilitates in arranging auto, home, renters, life and property-liability policies.

Wells Fargo Insurance head Laura Schupbach said that Anne Doss will more closely collaborate with the company’s business and retail banking groups to offer their clients an improved access to the insurance products they need.

Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE:WFC) total value after the recent close was $174.46 billion and the enterprise value according to yahoo data was $181.24 billion. The previous 12 month price to sales ratio was 2.26. The company showed 21.54% as a profit margin in the last twelve months and an operating margin at 32.22%. Return on equity was 12.68% for the last twelve months. Return on assets was 1.36%.
